If a cited fact does not reproduce against that source, tell us and we refund the purchase, or the current billing period of a subscription, and list the correction publicly. Details are on the refunds page.
Who takes the payment?: Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. It handles the card payment, the receipt and sales tax or VAT, and it is the name you will see on your statement.
Can I cancel Terms Watch?: Yes, at any time from the link in your receipt. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Is this legal advice?: No. It tells you what the vendor documents say, where, and since when. Read the cited documents and your own contracts, and ask your counsel, before acting.
Do you cover my vendor or plan?: The coverage list has every document we track. If you need a vendor or a negotiated contract we do not cover, ask about a custom report.
