Refund policy

If a cited fact does not reproduce

Every fact in a report cites a document, a section, a quote and the capture it came from. If a cited fact does not reproduce against that source as captured, email support@dimdrop.com within 30 days of receiving the report and tell us which cell or item. If we confirm it, we refund that purchase in full (for Terms Watch, the current billing period) and list the correction on our corrections page.

A vendor changing its document after our capture date is not an error in the report; the next edition records the change.

Other refunds

• Charged twice, or the files never arrived: we refund or fix it right away.
• Terms Watch: cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not refund part of a period except under the promise above.
• Where consumer law gives you a right to a refund, we honor it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
