What we provide

AI Reports publishes reports on what AI vendors’ public terms, privacy and usage documents say, broken down by plan tier, and on how those documents change. Each fact cites its source document, section, a short quote, the date we captured it and a hash of our capture.

Not legal advice

Not legal advice. AI Reports summarizes what public vendor documents say. Read the cited documents and your own contracts before acting. Our reports describe documents. They do not tell you what your contract means for you, and they do not create a lawyer and client relationship. Vendors can have terms we do not track, such as negotiated contracts or order forms.

Accuracy and corrections

We work to make every cited fact reproduce against its source. When we find an error we correct it in the next edition and on our corrections page. If a cited fact does not reproduce, our refund policy applies. Vendors change their documents without warning, so a report describes the documents as of its stated capture dates.

Buying

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues the receipt, and collects sales tax or VAT where it applies. Its terms apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page.

Terms Watch is a subscription that renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How you may use a report

• You may use reports you buy inside your organization, and share them with your advisers.
• You may quote small parts with attribution to AI Reports.
• You may not resell, republish or redistribute whole reports or the CSV data, or offer them as a service.
• Quoted vendor text belongs to the vendor. We quote short excerpts and link to the source.

Disclaimers and liability

Reports are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
