Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you send us in a form: on the custom report form, your name, work email, company, website, role, the AI vendors and plans you tick, and any notes; on a checkout waitlist, your name, email and company.
• Purchases: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, billing country and order details, never your full card number.
• Basic server logs: our host, Google Firebase Hosting, records technical request data such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the service.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, send the checkout link you asked for, deliver what you bought, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States. Order records are held by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy. We keep form submissions for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to privacy@dimdrop.com. We will answer as the law in your location requires.
